Offers thoughtful, systems-based guidance for adults exploring or integrating legal psychedelic experiences for healing, growth, or insight. Whether you're curious about emerging treatments, preparing for a legal experience, or integrating a past journey, you'll receive compassionate, evidence-informed support rooted in your unique goals, health profile, and life context. Our work together focuses on education, preparation, and integration. We’ll assess readiness, review your medical and psychological history, discuss potential risks, consider the most appropriate available psychedelic treatments for your biology, and and explore supportive practices that maximize safety and therapeutic potential. You’ll have a nonjudgmental, evidence-informed space where science, safety, and self-awareness come together to help you navigate these experiences with clarity and confidence. This is not a prescribing or referral service. We do not provide or facilitate access to substances that are illegal or unavailable under current law. All care is provided within the legal and ethical bounds of current medical frameworks. We'll begin with a 60-minute intake and preparation session to explore your history, health status, and goals. Together, we’ll develop a personalized risk–benefit framework and provide education on available legal modalities. You’ll receive individualized guidance for preparation including physical, psychological, and environmental considerations. After your experience, you may return for a 45-minute integration session. We’ll review your physical and psychological responses, discuss any side effects or unexpected outcomes, and explore how to safely optimize future treatments. We’ll also explore how to process and make meaning of the experience, translating insights into grounded change and long-term support strategies. Note: some conditions may require referral to specialists or subspecialty centers. We’ll help identify when that's needed and support you in coordinating next steps.
